Thank you for choosing TruBeauty Wig Express. Please carefully review the following policies before submitting your wig for service.
1. Service Eligibility
- This service is exclusively for 100% human hair wigs, units, and toppers only.
- Synthetic wigs or blended fiber units will not be accepted.
- TruBeauty Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service if the wig does not meet eligibility requirements.
2. Pricing
- The base price for TruBeauty Wig Express starts at $65.
- Final pricing may increase based on:
- Length
- Density
- Condition (excessive tangling, product buildup, matting)
- Add-on services (color, repairs, treatments, restyling, etc.)
- Clients will be notified of any additional charges before services begin.
3. Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround time is 5 business days or less.
- Turnaround time begins once the wig is physically received and inspected.
- Add-on services such as color or major repairs may extend turnaround time.
- Clients will be notified of any delays.
4. Drop-Off Options
Clients may choose one of the following:
- In-salon drop-off during business hours
- Secure after-hours parcel box (located in front of the salon)
- Mail-in service
Important:
- Wigs left outside of the designated parcel box are not the responsibility of TruBeauty Hair Studio.
- All wigs must be properly packaged and labeled with client name and contact information.
5. Mail-In & Mail-Out Policy
- Clients are responsible for shipping costs when mailing wigs to the salon.
- Return shipping fees apply for mail-out services.
- TruBeauty Hair Studio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
- We strongly recommend using tracking and insurance when shipping high-value wigs.
6. Pre-Existing Condition & Damage
- All wigs are inspected upon arrival.
- Pre-existing damage (shedding, bald spots, tears, lace damage, matting, weak wefts, etc.) will be documented.
- TruBeauty Hair Studio is not responsible for damage due to:
- Prior chemical processing
- Weak or compromised lace
- Poor construction
- Excessive matting before service
- If a wig is severely matted or compromised, additional fees may apply or service may be declined.
7. No Refund Policy
- All Wig Express services are final sale.
- No refunds will be issued once service has been completed.
- If there is a concern with your service, you must notify the salon within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery.
- Adjustments may be offered at the discretion of TruBeauty Hair Studio.
8. Unclaimed Wigs
- Wigs must be picked up within 7 days of notification.
- Wigs left unclaimed for 30 days will be considered abandoned.
- TruBeauty Hair Studio reserves the right to dispose of or donate unclaimed wigs after 30 days.
9. Payment Policy
- A deposit may be required before service begins.
- Full payment must be completed before wig release or mail-out.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
10. Client Agreement
By submitting your wig for TruBeauty Wig Express, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and agreed to all policies.
- Your wig is 100% human hair.
- Pricing may increase based on condition and requested services.
- TruBeauty Hair Studio is not responsible for pre-existing damage or shipping carrier issues.
